The People Awards take place each year and recognise the outstanding merits of individuals and organisations within the travel sector. The award was announced at a glitzy awards ceremony on Friday in the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel, where the great and good of the travel industry congregated for the much anticipated event.

With stiff competition from across the travel management sphere, the AM team’s achievements were recognised by the judges, who said:  “The Click Travel team demonstrated consistently high levels of customer service to both existing and new clients. Client feedback showed how the team challenged existing policies and processes to drive behavioural change as well as identifying areas for improvement across all areas of their clients’ business travel programmes, resulting in substantial savings.”

 Our Account Management Team is headed up by Chris Vince, Head of Account Management, who was delighted upon hearing the news of the award, mentioning “There’s a great bond in our team, they work so well together, they always support each other, and it's our customers who see the benefits of this tremendous spirit and drive."

Click Travel Operations Director, Jill Palmer, commented, “We’re delighted that the Account Management team has been recognised by the People Awards for all their hard work and continued success. Click Travel also had a finalist in the Reservations Consultant of the Year category, with Mat Richardson earning a position amongst the top five consultants in the UK. Mat earned his position with a hugely influential first year at Click Travel, where he made an instant impact with his innovation and dedication to customer service.
