Building a better travel company
Click Travel is a modern, innovative, full service travel management company. We enable our clients to purchase a full range of travel products - including worldwide flights, hotels, train tickets and car hire - within a structured environment that enables them to control and reduce costs.
Something that 'Clicks' is something that just works. The Encarta Encyclopedia defines Click as 'to communicate or work together easily and readily'. The word 'Click' also has a strong resonance with our technical direction: we are continuously introducing new online services that help our clients better manage their travel procurement at the click of a mouse button.
We deliver our services through 4 integrated components:
- Travel Team: A team of travel experts you can call to make reservations and for ancillary service such as passports, visas and foreign currency.
- Travel Manager: A simple to use web based application through which you can book and manage your travel procurement.
- Company-Wide Reporting: A centralise reporting infrastructure that enables you to not only see, but understand your company-wide travel expenditure.
- Centralised Billing: A centralised billing system that provides a single, consolidated, fully itemised invoice for all your travel purchases.
We are not a multi-national conglomerate, we don't have offices all over the world and we don't operate call centres on multiple continents. As a result, we don't offer an impersonal, sausage-factory service and we don't have a huge cost base to pass on to our clients.
We are a nimble, tightly organised team of experts, built on a solid technical foundation that enables us to offer service levels and fees that are second to none.
