Traveler Profiles
Every booking you make with Click will be attached to a unique traveller profile. Profiles can be created quickly and easily on-the-fly and enable you to seamlessly pass essential personal preferences to travel suppliers such as loyalty scheme numbers, seating or room preferences.
Because every booking contains a traveller profile, reports showing where your travellers have been and what it has cost are available at the touch of a button.

Behind the scenes Click has a team of people who do nothing but negotiate discount rates with suppliers. We currently have heavily discounted air fares on over 3 million route combinations and over 80,000 discount hotel rates. And because Click is designed purely for business travel, the deals are business-focused. So rather than organising cheap apartments in Malaga, we focus on offers like a discount rate at the London Hilton, or free wifi access on the train.
You can work from home, work, or on the road
Because Click is web-based you can access all of your data from any computer at any time. One simple log in gives you instant access to all of your past, present and future travel itineraries. You can also make new bookings and keep all of your personal information up to date. You can even log in when you're on the road using your mobile phone or PDA - no need to panic when you can't find that e-ticket reference!
Dashboard
When you log into Click you are greeted by the dashboard. Just like the dashboard in your car, it shows you the critical information you require to keep things moving in a non cluttered format. You'll see who's travelling today and bookings made and cancelled today. And it's all tailored to you: you only see the reservations that matter to you.
It neatly shows you exactly who is travelling today, what's been booked and cancelled today, along with other critical information.
Shared Access
Often organisations nominate a specific individual or group of people to make bookings for others (maybe you're one of the lucky few?). In this situation, you might want to see not only bookings you've made, but also bookings that others have made. Don't worry, Click can be set up just how you want it with viewing privileges as simple or as complex as you like. Always handy when the main booker isn't in and somebody has lost their confirmation note.
Report centre
When you start booking with Click Travel, you'll start building up lots of rich travel data. Report Centre enables you to run reports based upon that data so that you can begin to understand what you are spending your travel budget on, which suppliers you are spending it with and most importantly who is doing the spending.
Integrated Carbon Reporting
Travel has an environmental cost as well as a monetary cost, and you have a growing responsibility to be able to measure just how much impact your organisations business travel is having.
All quoted companies now legally have to report on the amount of emissions produced by their business-related travel, and other businesses are under pressure to produce similar reports by their customers and suppliers.
Click provides you with integrated carbon reporting. Forget getting the calculator out, each month we'll send you a report that details exactly what carbon you have emitted as a result of your business travel.
We can also help you offset those emissions thanks to our integrated carbon-offsetting scheme. It's as simple as ticking a box just before you hit the "confirm" button (and of course it's opt-in, not a sneaky opt-out service).
Integrated Cost Coding
Click comes with integrated rock solid cost coding support. You can define any number of code templates that describe the information you want to collect and business rules that define when and who is asked for which bits of information. This data then flows through and into your invoice data and reports.

Click is not a faceless online-or-nothing organisation. Alongside our award winning online services we have a team of travel experts ready to help you with your enquiries.
Each member of our team has on average 6 years industry experience which means they have dealt with everything you can imagine from ultra-complex round the world trips, to a one-way train ticket from Birmingham to Manchester. We have no doubt they are capable of handling anything you can throw at them.
Travel Team will also provide you with access to a host of ancillary services such as foreign currency, visas, taxis, transfers, airport lounges and parking. If it's travel related, the Travel Team can almost always source it for you.
Live help
As well as support over the telephone and via email, we provide "live-help" through Travel Manager. Live-help gives you instant and convenient access to one of our experts exactly when you need it.
You can get help with both technical support ("how do I find a past booking?") and reservation support ("what does this cancellation policy mean?").
Our live-help system also includes "co-browsing" which enables our experts to see the current page you are looking at in your browser (with your permission of course). They can even take control of your screen to actually show you how to do things.
Web-based training
Click is not a faceless online-or-nothing organisation. Alongside our award winning online services we have a team of UK-based travel experts ready to help you with your enquiries. We offer unlimited free web-based training courses for all of your staff. To attend a web-based training session you just need access to the internet and a telephone and you watch your screen and listen to the trainer on the telephone.
Travel Policy Compliance
Click Travel has integrated travel policy compliance that ensures your travel policy is applied to every single booking, no matter whether your staff book by telephone, email or online via Travel Manager.
Travel Manager's policy compliance uses a simple traffic light system to convey to the user which options are in policy: red options are out of policy, amber options are in policy and green options are in policy and also one of your preferred suppliers.
You can define different travel policies for different groups of people within your organisation. So for example, you could have one policy for general travellers and a different policy for your executives. There's no limit on how many policies you can define. You could have a different one for each person in your company if you really wanted to.
The system is also capable of handling even the most complicated of policies. For example: you could define a hotel as being policy compliant so long as it is within 2 km of the Houses of Parliament, it is under £150.00, it is not a Hilton, the check-in date is not a Saturday and the length of stay is not over 3 nights.
With such fine-grain capabilities the possibilities are virtually endless, enabling us to build a solution that fits your requirements like a glove.
Approval Workflow
Click has an integrated approval process that you can use to ensure that every booking is approved by the relevant person within your organisation. Approval requests are delivered by email and simply require the recipient to confirm or reject the request by click a link. Requests can be approved using mobile devices giving management the flexibility of being able to handle them whilst out on the road.
The approval system is highly configurable and can even be integrated with your Purchase Order or Procure-to-Pay system, via it's flexible XML API.
Contract Rate Support
If you have negotiated rates directly with a hotel or airline, you can load those rates into Click. Once loaded they will be available to your staff when they book online, or via the Travel Team.
Single Sign On
Click supports OpenID, the open, decentralized standard for authenticating users. There are many thousands of web services that already support OpenID, so your organisation may well already have everything in place to support single-sign-on with Click travel. For example, Google Apps for business is an OpenID provider. Therefore if your organisation is already using Google Apps, you can use your Google Apps login to access Click Travel.
Professional services
Think you're travel spend is too big for us? Think again. Many large organisations already employ Click Travel to manage their entire travel program. Our range of professional services are designed to help those with large travel programs get the best out or Click Travel coupled with the support and service level agreement you need.
Account Management
We can provide you with a named Account Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that everything runs to plan. Their role includes the following functions:
- Ensure that your Travel Team understand the key objectives of your travel program and how we plan to help you achieve them;
- Ensure that your Travel Policy is set-up correctly in our system, incorporating changes as and when they are applied and communicating the policy to your Travel Team;
- Keep regular contact with you to ensure that everything is running smoothly from your perspective and also keep regular contact with your Travel Team to ensure that everything is running smoothly from their perspective;
- Address any issues that arise and ensure they are resolved to your satisfaction;
- Meet with you face-to-face on a regular basis and present analysis of your data; make recommendations on contract hotel rates, air and rail fares; identify key trends within the data that may require further investigation;
- Offer advice on how to develop your Travel Policy to help achieve your objectives.
Review meetings are designed to review operational matters with the aim of ensuring that the partnership is good, effective and successful. Your Account Manager will arrange and attend each review meeting. We encourage clients to alternate meetings between their offices and ours so that they can get to meet their Travel Team in person.
Dedicated Travel Team
A dedicated Travel Team consists of just 4 travel experts, each of whom has a minimum 3 years industry experience. As a client, you will be assigned to one of our Teams and it will be their job to look after all of your day-to-day travel bookings.
So instead of a call centre, you get to talk to one of just 4 happy travel experts each time you call us. We'll even give you a dedicated phone line straight to your Team and we'll route all of your inbound email so that only your Team will ever service your enquiries.
The result is a strong relationship, based on knowledge, confidence and friendship.
Implementation support
The thought of migrating your travel service to a new supplier can be daunting. Maybe you have hundreds, even thousands of traveller profiles. What about your existing reservations? And how do you get all your staff to understand and adopt the change?
Our Implementation Team will offer you assistance every step of the way. The first thing we do is listen to you. We get a grip on how you want to run things. We'll advise you if we think you've got some elements out of place, or we'll guide you if you don't have any fixed ideas. But ultimately we'll design a solution that fits you.
We'll then help you migrate all those traveller profiles and future reservations to their new home. If you can provide raw data, we can build an import mechanism. If not, we can throw people at it.
Training
The process of educating and training your staff will be an ongoing part of the process. We can assist you in running seminars and induction courses to help them make the switch. We've worked through the process many times, so we know it's not always easy. But believe us when we say the grass really is greener on our side of the fence.
