The definition of a corporate travel tender [In under 100 words]

A corporate travel tender is a process that is carried out by an organisation when they’re reviewing their travel management strategy.

This involves the organisation creating a document that is referred to as a tender or bid, which outlines all of their travel requirements such as payment terms or online adoption requirements.

This gives potential suppliers the opportunity to outline how they can best fulfill each specification. In turn this helps the organisation decide their preferred business travel management supplier by ruling out any suppliers and provides a comparison between the rest of the suppliers.
