[BREAKING BEAR NEWS] Bearly able to contain our excitement… - Click Travel

It’s with much excitement that Click can finally reveal our Big Sleuth bear in all its glory.

Drum roll please…

Click Travel’s bear will now spend the next 10 weeks brightening up Victoria Square, just a stone’s throw from Click’s HQ.

Our bear is one of 100 bears dotted across Birmingham and the surrounding areas (we think it’s highly pawsible that she’s the brightest…) and was designed especially for The Big Sleuth by the amazing Charlotte and Daniel from Art + Believe: you can take a look at some of their breath-taking work right here.

But that’s not all…

Where you find big bears, you also often find baby bears and that’s certainly the case across Birmingham this summer, as 137 bear cubs that have been lovingly designed, created and nurtured by local school children have also moved into the city.

Keen to support our local community, Click sponsored Dame Ellen Pinsent School to take part in the trail and are absolutely thrilled with the design that was created by the children at the school.

What a cutie!

Delivered by Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity in partnership with creative producers Wild in Art, The Big Sleuth, so named because sleuth is the collective noun for a group of bears, will see the individually designed, 165cm tall, sculptures appearing throughout the city, inspiring residents and tourists to uncover Bear-mingham’s cultural gems and discover areas of the city they may not have explored before.

At the end of the trail, the bears will be auctioned off with all proceeds going to Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity, a cause that remains very close to Click’s heart.

Stay tuned for more news about Click’s involvement with The Big Sleuth and our exciting fundraising efforts!
