Click are delighted to announce that our very own Mathew Richardson, senior business travel consultant, won Business Travel Agent of the Year at the TTG Awards in London last night.
The Click team had been anticipating the awards ceremony since it was announced that three of our reservations team were finalists for the same award; Duncan McKenzie, Justin Asquith and Mathew Richardson all being recognised for their consistent commitment to providing an excellent level of customer service to all of Click’s clients.
The nominees headed to London accompanied by Click’s managing director, Jill Palmer, ready for the winner to be revealed and were thrilled when Mat’s name was called.
The Business Travel Agent of the Year award recognises agents who have shown a high level of excellence in customer service and a commitment to personal development and industry knowledge – as such, it’s an award that Click is incredibly proud that Mat has won.
