We’re delighted to announce that Click Travel have won Operations Team of the Year at the Business Travel People Awards 2020.
The awards, which took place virtually this year, are a highlight of the industry calendar and celebrate individuals and teams that have made an outstanding contribution in the last 12 months.
The judges were impressed by our team’s work to reduce the complexity of our back office operations to make booking business travel even easier. They also recognised the success of our new dedicated Customer Support Innovation team who worked to introduce brand new functionality into our booking platform.
As well as winning Operations Team of the Year, Click was also a finalist for Account Management Team of the Year and a finalist in a new category for company excellence in approach & actions during Covid-19.
The win comes on the back of several other recent awards including Best Business Travel Agency at the TTG Top 50 and for Best TMC (with sales over £200m) & Best Self Booking Tool at the Business Travel Awards.
Click Travel CEO, Jill Palmer, said: “I couldn’t be more proud of our Operations team who have worked so hard this year to revolutionise our back end processes. Their work has seen customer satisfaction increase and internal procedure times decrease, all whilst improving our internal engagement scores.
