What a night! We’re delighted to announce that we came home with both of the awards we entered at the travel industry’s premier award shows, the Business Travel Awards last night.
At a glamorous evening event at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, we collected both Best Self-Booking Tool for our unique system, and the blue riband award of Best Travel Management Company (£50m – £200m).
Jill Palmer, our managing director, who accepted both awards, was naturally delighted at the achievement, “I’m ecstatic that we’ve won both awards. Each is a testament to the superb work our people do every day to improve our clients’ business travel. The recognition of our online booking tool is a particularly proud moment for our in house software engineering team, who are always working to improve and develop our unique platform. The Best Self-Booking Tool award recognises the comprehensive coverage it offers, as well as its proven success in driving online adoption (average rate of 96%) and its ease of use, which allows bookers to get up to speed within minutes. The award judges gave their thoughts on our online booking tool as follows, “The judges were impressed by Click Travel’s outstanding adoption rate of its online booking tool, its excellent customer satisfaction rating and its continued investment in technology.”
