The term ‘call-off contract’ is often used in business travel management, but what does it actually mean?
Call-off contracts are individual contracts that fall under framework agreements. Organisations may set stringent terms and conditions as part of a framework agreement or, alternatively, set boilerplate conditions of the contract which can then be modified under the agreement, as part of a call-off contract.
Call-off contracts are then the legally binding agreement and may comprise of additional information specific to that client, such as contract particulars; the call-off terms and conditions and any special terms and conditions relevant to that client.
