We’re delighted to say that Click Travel have won Business Improvement Team of the Year at the UK National Contact Centre Awards 2020!
This is the first time Click Travel have won at these awards, which are now in their 25th year. It is also the second time that our Operations team has been recognised nationally, having won Operations Team of the Year at the People Awards just last week for the same project!
The project, which was designed and executed by Click’s new Customer Support Innovation team, sought to redesign back office processes to make booking business travel smoother than ever before. The project was a huge success and reduced customer wait times, whilst improving customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Director of Customer Support and Compliance, Tom Davis, said: “I’m so proud of our team! They have worked so hard this year to completely transform the way our customer support centre operates. The two awards show how successful they’ve been in revolutionising our processes for the better. Both awards are very well deserved.”
