After over 18 months since the last Business Travel Show, and a whole host of shake-ups in the business travel industry during that time, the biggest travel show in Europe is a must-visit this year.

We’ve put together a list of reasons why you won’t want to miss us at this year’s show on stand B160, and here’s why:

1. Click Travel + TravelPerk, learn what the future holds for both brands

Back in July of this year, Click Travel and TravelPerk joined forces to build the future of business travel hand in hand. By combining Click Travel’s undisputed UK domestic travel expertise and TravelPerk’s international business travel savviness, together we will build a one-of-a-kind solution for companies in the UK and beyond. With a focus on top-of-the-line technology and customer needs in the new normal, this acquisition of Click Travel by TravelPerk paves the way to the only future-ready business travel platform on the market.

2. Raise a glass of bubbly in celebration of Click’s acquisition by TravelPerk

With the exciting recent announcement that Click will become part of TravelPerk, the Business Travel Show is the perfect opportunity to get together and celebrate the news.

If you’re interested in learning more about what the the next steps for Click Travel are, please join us at stand B160 where TravelPerk CCO, Huw Slater, will be saying a few words whilst we raise a glass of champagne. The reception will be held at 1.30 pm on Thursday 30th September, and it’s one you won’t want to miss!

3. Meet the UK’s Top Business Travel Agency, 2021

This year saw Click Travel nominated once again for the UK & Ireland’s Top Business Travel Agency award at the TTG awards ceremony. And for the 7th year running we took home the top placed award, something we’re super proud to be recognised for year after year.

The TTG awards have always rewarded customer service and expertise over sales, which are the two areas that we put a huge emphasis on in every aspect of our service. At the awards ceremony, the judging panel commented on our response to the COVID19 pandemic and how we managed to retain 98% of our customers throughout the most challenging period our industry has faced. On top of these successes, we’ve also managed to exceed our highest levels of traveller satisfaction ever and continued to improve our product offering to help our sales team land some of our largest wins to date. Our amazing team who contributed to this award are all heading down to the show and looking forward to sharing Click’s story with you!

4. See how we’re paving the way for the future of travel technology

Everyone knows that 2020 was a year in which the travel industry ground to a halt. However, we saw this not as a time to stand still, but rather to invest in creating a solution for the future of business travel. That’s why we launched ClickCare, an all-in-one duty of care and risk management solution that protects and cares for your travellers at no extra charge.

Alongside this, our recent acquisition by TravelPerk opens the door to a truly innovative roadmap of new features that is taking the business travel industry by storm. With net-zero business travel and fully flexible booking coming for Click customers and prospects in the UK.

5. Get an insider’s view of how to engage your stakeholders in your travel programme

Successfully engaging all of your internal stakeholders in your travel programme really all boils down to a solid communication strategy. And everybody knows it. But how do you nail your communication strategy so that your travellers are behaving in the right way because they want to, and not because they have to?

Our Director of Operations, Chris Vince, alongside Global Travel Manager at Lush, David Blackhurst-Evans, will be talking about the topic at the BTS on Friday 1st October in the Fundamentals Theatre. You’ll be able to learn from the very best at how to deal with challenges communicating travel policy, traveller safety and much more when organising your travel programme. There’ll be a chance for questions at the talk or feel free to swing by our stand to chat to Chris directly!

Head down to the show, grab a drink with us, and get a look at the future of business travel on 30th September-1st October at London ExCel, stand B160.

Book a meeting with us here, or feel free to walk up to us for a chat on the day.
