Used in the airline and travel industries, the initialism PNR stands for passenger name record.

PNR is a record in a CRS, created by a travel agent or travel website, that contains the itinerary of either the traveller or a group of passengers travelling together.

As a minimum a PNR must contain the following 5 pieces of information to complete a booking; the name of the passenger, name of the individual making the booking, ticketing details, itinerary of at least one segment and the contact details of airline office or the travel agent.
