The definition of traveller behavioural change [In under 100 words] - Click Travel

Traveller behavioural change is used to describe the process that an organisation goes through when trying to alter the booking patterns of its travellers in order to boost savings or policy compliance.

For example, an organisation may wish to discourage travellers from booking expensive last minute tickets and so would like to increase lead time. This could be done using gamification and rewarding travellers who book more than 9 weeks in advance of travel.
