Why it’s great to work here
Time
Take December off
Our reservations team is encouraged to take shorter lunch breaks during the rest of the year which enables them to take December off, as our clients’ travel plans are very quiet during the Christmas season.
Purchase extra days
We give you the chance to buy up to 10 extra days holiday, to be used within the holiday year. If you choose to buy some days we make the deductions from your gross (before tax) pay so you will be able to enjoy extra holidays whilst also saving on income tax and National Insurance!
1% of work time
1% of time encourages all staff to donate 1% of their time to the local community. By doing so, employees experience the joy and satisfaction of giving and pass that enthusiasm to others, spreading a culture of caring.
We have Brownie Leaders, Special Police Officers, School Governors and people organising fundraising events, all contributing in work time.
Flexible working
We support homeworking wherever possible and around 15% of our staff are home based full time. Others work from home on a regular basis.
Staff with children can apply for flexible working hours provided they have worked a continuous period of 26 weeks at the date their application is made. Currently over 40% of our staff have a flexible working arrangement of some sort in place.
Birthday day off
At Click we think birthdays are special, so we give you an additional days annual leave so you can celebrate properly!
Month off for long service
We are a relatively new company but some of our staff have been with us since the beginning! Those who have been with us for 10 years are awarded with an extra 21 days (one month) paid holiday on their 10th year.
Interestingly, we have a number of employees who are saving up for the holiday of a lifetime in their 10th year – that’s how much they love working here and how sure they are that they’re going to be here for over 10 years!

Our leadership development programme provides regular coaching sessions with a highly experienced external coach.

Career pathway
Over a quarter of our staff started as a trainee and have progressed into more senior roles via our programmes of training and development.
Click Coach trips
Our shadowing programme is open to all staff and is known as Coach Trips.
Staff spend time with another department, seeing what they do, building their understanding of their role in the bigger company and actively contributing to their work too.
Internal promotions
43% of our staff have been promoted internally, which demonstrates the opportunities for career progression.

Great working environment
We believe we offer a great working environment in a number of ways – we pay the Living Wage, we have offices that are comfortable and appealing to work in, we have have space both indoors and out for employees to rest and renew in during the course of the working day and encourage everyone to take a proper lunch break.
We have clearly defined, specific expectations for what success looks like in any given job and ensure everyone has regular two-way performance reviews via various means, so that employees not only receive regular feedback about how they’re doing, in ways that support their growth, but are also given the opportunity to provide feedback to us.

Lunch & learns
Our reservations team is regularly invited to a free lunch with suppliers, where a short presentation will be given along with Q&A session, so that our reservations staff have the most up to date information enabling them to talk knowledgeably about our suppliers to customers.
Course funding
We will fund educational courses to support our employee’s career such as qualifications in marketing, accounting, software engineering or SQL coding.
We also give access to NVQ courses in Customer Service, Team Leadership, Management and much more.
