Our services requires JavaScript and cookies to be enabled in order to function correctly. If you are unsure of these requirements please see your IT department for further clarification.

Proxies

Access to our services is via the domain https://my.clicktravel.com/. You may need to add this domain to your proxy whitelist to ensure users can access the services.

Email services

We publish SPF (Sender Policy Framework), DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) and DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance) domain name records for clicktravel.com and Click Travel We highly recommend that you configure your email service to validate all 3 standards for inbound email to ensure that you only accept email legitimately sent by us.

When we send transactional email such as confirmation notes and approval notifications, the “from” address header will be no-reply@clicktravel.com. The “reply-to” header will be unique for each mail, but the domain part of the address will be “@amazonses.com”. You may need to add these addresses and domains to your mail server whitelist to ensure receipt.

Important  If your organisation uses Microsoft Exchange 2010, we recommend you create a “transport rule”, with a condition that identifies email where the “from” header contains “clicktravel.com” and “www.clicktravel.com” and an action that sets the “spam confidence level” to zero.
